Shipping Policy

Processing time
Every Solum Scents candle is hand-poured to order in small batches. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. During high-demand periods (holidays, restocks), processing may take a little longer — we'll always note it at checkout if that's the case.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier once your order ships, and don't include our processing time above.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update once it's issued.

Local pickup
Live near us? Select Local Pickup at checkout — it's free, and we'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 2 days.

Shipping restrictions
Because our candles are made with natural soy and coconut wax, they can soften or melt in extreme heat during transit. During the warmer months, we may briefly pause shipping to certain regions or add ice packs/protective packaging to keep your candle intact. We currently ship within the U.S.

Lost orders
For lost packages, please reach out and we'll work with the carrier to track it down.
